The iron and brass birdcage movement has an anchor escapement, it retains most of its original wheel and metal work and strikes the hours on a large bell via an outside countwheel.
The 9” dial has brass corner spandrels, a silvered chapter ring with early bold ½ hour markers and retains its original single hand.
Possibly by one of the Gilkes family or one of the other Quaker makers working in the area. Many of these clocks were unsigned.
